Using Amino Acids to Break PB's in Weight Training

I just had a top trainer from a premiership rugby club ask me why amino work capacity is so awesome. The results that I have had personally and the feedback; from elite athletes through to members of the public who just enjoy training, has been truly amazing.
An elite weight lifter who competes in the GB team added 7 kg to his clean & jerk and 10 kg to his back squat. Now this is truly remarkable.

Glenn Ross’ (UK’s Strongest Man) sums it up:
“Amino Work Capacity is the reason old men still become champions."

Let’s take a look at why Amino Work Capacity is one of the very few products on the market which actually gets RESULTS!

Why Amino load before training, using Amino Work Capacity?
The dosage of one scoop of Amino Work Capacity is a phenomenal 15 grams of essential amino acids. This includes very high amounts of branch chain amino acids, 5 grams of Citruline malate and 5 grams of D- Ribose. I normally recommend 2 – 3 scoops 45 minutes before workouts. This is what has given me the biggest RESULTS.

When consumed 30 - 60 minutes before training, the blood stream will become flooded with amino acids. This forces the brain to flip on the anabolic switch associated with improved performance, muscle growth and body fat reduction. Amino Acid supplementation before workouts is proven to result in higher levels of fat loss during training.

The research proves this, but the mechanism is unknown. It appears that Amino Work Capacity enhances the availability of amino acids via enhanced blood flow (from the exercise) during a workout, which prevents, or reduces the body from breaking down muscle tissue, as it normally does during an intense workout. Always take the aminos on an empty stomach this significantly enhances performance.

Amino Work Capacity enhances brain function!
Amino Acids improve the brain’s ability to concentrate. When you flood the system from the high dosages found in Amino Work Capacity, it significantly improves mental concentration and you feel this almost immediately.

Why add citruline malate to Amino Work Capacity?
This unique combination of the amino acid Citrullline and the organic salt Malate offers athletes a new choice in improving performance and recovery. As an intermediate in the Urea Cycle, Citrulline aids in the removal of endotoxins such as lactic acid and ammonia. These endotoxins are produced through intense physical activity, protein metabolism, and catabolic states. Endotoxins damage living cells and wreak havoc on athletic performance.

Research also points to citrulline as possibly a greater alternative to arginine for enhancing plasma arginine2 levels. Citrulline's effects on endogenous arginine synthesis-mean that CM may be a superior alternative to Arginine for regulating Nitric Oxide production, growth hormone release, insulin and creatine production.

The primary role of L-Citrulline in the body is to support the optimization of blood flow to the tissues, which is critical for helping you not only perform your workouts to the best of your abilities, but also to speed up recovery. LCitrulline functions in the body by being converted to L-arginine and then into nitric oxide. This nitric oxide is then involved with vasodilation. This vasodilation is what helps increase the amount of blood and oxygen that is delivered to the working muscles, helping to prevent both mental and physical fatigue.
And that's not all!
It has also been discovered that supplementing CM at a dose as low as 6 grams a day significantly reduces muscle fatigue, increases ATP production by 34%, and causes a 20% increase in phosphocreatine recovery after exercise. What this means is that citrulline malate improves aerobic metabolism, cellular energy production, and promotes muscular recovery.

Ian Critchlow, Olympic Lifter:
"Since I have started to taking Phil’s Amino Work Capacity it has changed the way I have trained completely. I can train longer, harder and don’t feel as tired as I was before taking the product. I felt tired a couple of times before training, as you do. As I have my first 3 scoops off the work capacity, 45 minutes before that all just seems to disappear! I am then really in the mood to train hard and lift big weights. It has put 10 kilos on my front squat & back squat, 10 kilos on my Clean & jerk and 5 kilos on my snatch. There is no doubt in my mind that this product has done me the world off good to my performance it is the REAL DEAL!!!"

Why add D- Ribose to Amino Work Capacity?
Studies have shown that any amount of D-ribose you give to energy-starved cells gives them an energy boost. At the University of Missouri, researcher Ronald Terjung has shown that even very small doses (the equivalent of about 500 mg) of D-ribose increase energy salvage in muscles by more than 100%. Larger doses increase the production of energy compounds by 340 - 430%, depending on the type of muscle tested. It also improves the salvage of energy compounds by up to 650%.

The D-ribose connection to cardiac function was made by the physiologist Heinz-Gerd Zimmer at the University of Munich. In 1973, he reported that energy-starved hearts could recover faster if D-ribose was given prior to, or immediately following, ischemia (oxygen deprivation). Zimmer’s research sparked a flurry of research on humans, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs, and even turkeys, all with similar results. D-ribose administration significantly improved energy recovery in ischemic, hypoxic, or cardiomyopathic hearts and skeletal muscle, and it improved functional performance of the tissue.

The most significant findings of the studies underscored the dramatic effect that D-ribose administration played in both energy restoration and the return of normal diastolic cardiac function. A clinical study from Zimmer’s group in Munich in 1992 showed that D-ribose administration to patients with severe, stable coronary artery disease increased exercise tolerance and delayed the onset of moderate angina.

Most amazing is that when muscles are supplemented with D-ribose, they continue to add to their energy stores even while they actively work! Until this study was reported, it was thought that muscle energy stores were only refilled in muscles at rest.
Amino Work Capacity increases brain function, increases work capacity, decreases recovery time, increases energy production whilst you train and buffers lactic acid. Now I realize why so many people are genuinely having phenomenal results with this amazing product.

Ollie Chapman Strength & Conditioning Coach :

"Over the past 8 days I have been using Phil Richards new amino work capacity, when I started using it last Monday I was on an internship with Phil and he put us through some of the most brutal sessions I've ever done!
Normally after the sort of sessions we had been doing, from heavy strength sessions one day to all out sled drags and super yoke walks the next, I'd have some serious DOM's but I could barely even feel a thing the next day!
I have also never felt such intense focus and level of alertness during training on any product, like I have when using the amino work capacity.
My advice to anyone is get your self a tub of this stuff, but of course, that's only if you want to be stronger, increase the intensity of your training and have no soreness the next day! I personally love it."
